Tariff
Parcels with a maximum side length over 60cm may incur tariffs (≈5% chance). Duiappeal will cover 20% of this cost. In most cases, customs duties range from $0–$20 per piece.
Compensation for Late Delivery
If your order is delayed, we will provide a compensation of 10% of the order price. We strive to ensure timely delivery of all electric scooters.
